InSTEP services offers three types of training:

• Public Training
  InSTEP run a programme of public courses around England.  These courses are open to everyone.  They are an excellent opportunity to share experiences and knowledge with other delegates.  Venues are all chosen to be fully accessible and to create a comfortable learning evironment.
  
• InHOUSE Training
  InSTEP can provide training solutions run exclusively for your organisation.  Your training will be delivered to you in familiar surroundings on a convenient date and you will have the opportunity to discuss your specific goals with the InSTEP trainer prior to the event.
  
• InPARTNERSHIP Training
  InSTEP can help you to team up with neighbouring organisations to run training courses in your area.  It can be an excellent team building day as well as a good opportunity to network with other tenants and professionals from your area.
