InSTEP are holding the Yorkshire & Humberside Regional Tenant Empowerment Conference on 25 February 2010 at the Met Hotel in Leeds. InSTEP have a number of places at a largely discounted price, available for tenant groups.
This tenant event is an ideal opportunity for both tenants who are already involved with their communities and for those who would like to find out more about how they can really make a difference.
There will be:
· Updates from the Tenant Services Authority following the new standards
· The Housing Ombudsman return after the huge success of their previous workshops at InSTEP events
· A representative on behalf of the new National Tenant Voice will be presenting on developments
· Exciting sessions on community led design and groups of tenants presenting their success stories
